Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSOCL), the largest Oil Marketing Company in Pakistan, imports around 5.0 Million Metric Tonnes of Fuel Oil (i.e. High Sulphur & Low Sulphur Fuel Oil) on annual basis, invites "Expressions of Interest" from reputed and well established companies with a proven track record of supplying POL products particularly Fuel Oil in significant volumes. Companies capable of supplying Fuel Oil through imports on "C&F / FoB basis" on "Term Contract Basis" may submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) giving the following details: 1) The status of the Company, whether proprietorship / partnership / public or private limited company along with documentary evidence. 2) Origin of the Company/ Name of the country where the company is registered along with documentary evidence. 3) Name, registered mailing address, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers of the company its affiliates and sister concerns. 4) Name of the Directors of the Company and their addresses along with their nationalities, with attested copy of Form-29 along with bank certificate, where applicable. 5) Company's relevant Financial & Business information. 6) Company brochures, if any. 7) Product of Interest with specifications. 8) Source of product, storage capacity and all other relevant applicable information. 9) Quantities of POL supplied by the Company during the last 3 (three) years with the name of customers to which supplied. 10) Quantities that can be delivered during a month / quarter. 11) Litigation details(for & against), if any, during the last 5 (five) years. PSO may ask for any further information and details, if required thereof. Interested suppliers must submit their requisite information in full and should specify if any required information as mentioned above is not available or not applicable with reasons. Applications should be addressed to General Manager (Supply), and delivered in sealed envelopes. The last date for submission of "EOI" is April 20, 2010. All EOI must be submitted against non-refundable processing fees of US Dollars 1,000, which will be in the form of a Pay Order / Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan State Oil Company Limited payable at Karachi.
