This amendment 000001 is issued to cancel the site tour scheduled 3/22/2010. The project sites cannot be accessed at this time due to winter conditions. The roads are wet and slick causing unsafe access for the public as well as resource damage. Additionally, since this is a service contract for equipment rental, it's not necessary for vendors to see the sites, as it will not have an impact on quote price. Upon award, a pre-work meeting will be held with the awarded contractor. At that time, the two project sites will be visited extensively.
