Conform Fisei de date a achizitiei:
- Declaratii privind neîncadrarea în prevederile art. 180;
(Declaratie privind situatia personala a operatorului economic)
- Declaratie privind neîncadrarea în prevederile art. 181;
(Declaratia va fii sustinuta prin atasarea de certificate valabile la data deschiderii ofertelor, certificate eliberate de autoritatile legale competente, care sa ateste faptul ca ofertantul si-a îndeplinit obligatiile de plata a impozitelor si taxelor catre bugetul general consolidat, precum si taxele locale, în conformitate cu prevederile legale)
- Declaratie privind calitatea de participant la procedura;
- CUI (codul unic de înregistrare);(operatorii economici participanti la procedura sa aiba dreptul de a presta serviciile având:codul 4299: Lucrari de constructii si altor proiecte ingineresti(cod CAEN rev.2) sau echivalent);
- Documentele de înfiintare ale operatorului economic (actul constitutiv, contractul de societate, statutul etc., dupa caz) si toate modificarile intervenite pâna la data deschiderii ofertelor;
- Certificat constatator eliberat de Oficiul Registrului Comertului, valabil la data deschiderii ofertelor;
- In cazul ofertantilor care se gasesc in categoria IMM-urilor se va face dovada in acest sens prin prezentarea documentelor prevezute in Legea 346/2004;

- Cifra medie de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani (pentru 2006, 2007, 2008) sa fie mai mare sau cel putin egala cu suma de: 8.188.517,00 Ron;
(cursul BCE valabil pentru data de 11.09.2008 si anume 3,6138 lei/Euro);
- Angajament tert (sustinator financiar,daca este cazul);
- Informatii generale;
- Situatiile financiare anuale (bilant contabil, cont de profit si pierderi, anexe) pe ultimii 3 ani, înregistrate la administratia financiara si/sau alte documente emise de autoritatile legale competente, din care sa reiasa un rezultat al exploatarii pozitiv;
