Note: Description of Item: Shirt Male: 1376 Nos., Trouser Male - 1376 Nos., Shirt Female - 288 Nos., Shalwar Female - 288 Nos.
Tender cost of Rs. 200/- in cash (Non Refundable)

Tender documents may be obtained during office hours from 0800 hrs to 1500 hrs from Store Office CSO ASF AIIAP Lahore at the cost of Rs. 200/- in cash (Non Refundable) to be deposited in Account Branch CSO ASF AIIAP Lahore with written request on firm’s letter head.
Last date of submission of tender is 25th March, 2010 upto 1100 hrs.
Tenders will be opened in Office of CSO ASF AIIAP Lahore at 1130 hrs on the same date i.e. 25th March, 2010 in the presence of tenderers.
Tenders should be dropped in the tender box placed at Reception of CSO ASF AIIAP Lahore.
All tenders must be accompanied by earnest money in shape of Pay Order @ 5% of total bid value (refundable) in favour of CSO ASF AIIAP Lahore.
Incomplete, ambiguous and conditional tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders will be opened on next working day if the date of opening is declared as holiday.
CSO ASF AIIAP Lahore reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
Stitched store will be delivered duly Stitched within 90 x days after signing of the contract with successful bidder.
