THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) ACTION. Rim Vista Trail Paving � Mobility Disability Accessibility. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity was available only to contractors under firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts established by the US Forest Service. Multiple awards of IDIQ contracts were made under a single competitive solicitation for the same or similar supplies or services to two or more sources. The project is for the construction of 6200 feet of asphalt trail that meet the accessibility, mobility and disability standards as part of an extension on the Rim Vista Trail. The project location is the Black Mesa Ranger District � Rim Vista Trail located off NFSR 300 Woods Canyon Recreation Area, Heber Arizona. Seven IDIQ contract holders in the immediate area were evaluated. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the IDIQ contractor which provided the best value to the Government based on technical proposal, past performance, and price.
