Jefferson Lab, a US DOE Nuclear Physics research laboratory located in Newport News, Virginia, is seeking vendors with the capability to design, fabricate and deliver superconducting (SC) Q2 and Q3 Quadrupole Magnets in accordance with specifications. The Q2 and Q3 Quadrupole Magnets are the analysis magnets of a new particle spectrometer named the Super High Momentum Spectrometer (SHMS) which is under construction in JLAB experimental Hall C as part of the JLAB 12 GeV upgrade. Interested vendors should review the Request for Proposal which is posted on the Jefferson Lab Solicitation Bulletin Board at http://www1.jlab.org/ul/bus_ops/, and register for this oppurtunity if you have the capability to design and manufactor this magnet.
