THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) ACTION. Demolish Seven (7) Buildings at five Different Locations on the Apache-Sitgreaves NF. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity was available only to contractors under firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts established by the US Forest Service. Multiple awards of IDIQ contracts were made under a single competitive solicitation for the same or similar supplies or services to two or more sources. The project is for the demolition of seven (7) buildings at five different locations on the Apache-Sitgreaves. The project location is the Apache-Sitgreaves NF. Five IDIQ contract holders in the immediate area were evaluated. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the IDIQ contractor which provides the best value to the Government based on technical proposal, past performance, and price.
