This Request for Information (RFI) is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFI may be canceled at any time, and may not result in the issuance of a solicitation or award or contract. Questions regarding the RFI may be submitted to Debra Trott, Contracting Officer by March 24, 2010.
The Contractor shall provide an externally hosted, secure, reliable web-based IRMS that can collect, verify, aggregate, analyze, and store information on the securities held within the Program, the nature of which will allow the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporatin (PBGC) to determine investment risk of securities, portfolios, and the entire Program.
