DFAT invites tenders for the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) to provide: (a) Maintenance Help Desk Services for all equipment and facilities within the RG Casey Building; and (b) Equipment Maintenance Services for all tenant maintained equipment within the RG Casey Building. Tenderers may tender for either or both of the requirements at (a) and (b) above. The Maintenance Help Desk Services will provide DFAT staff with a single phone number and email address to report maintenance requirements for all equipment and facilities (excluding Information Technology support) within the RG Casey Building and to direct the maintenance requirements to the appropriate maintenance provider for action. The Maintenance Help Desk Services are to be available to DFAT staff 24 hours a day 365 days a year. The Equipment Maintenance Services will undertake maintenance and repairs to 850 items (approx) in the RG Casey Building including air-conditioning units, uninterrupted power supply, smoke detection equipment and automatic sliding door equipment. The Maintenance Services do not include maintenance and/or repairs to any of the base building services. Equipment Maintenance Services for specified equipment are to be available 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Maintenance of other equipment is to be undertaken at prescribed intervals during business hours. |
