Sealed bids are invited from Income/Sales Tax registered firms for Video Camcorder with complete accessories for the Federal Judicial Academy, Sector H-8/4, Islamabad.
The detail of Video Camcorder is also mentioned in the tender document. The tender document can be purchased from the office of the Assistant Administrative Officer, FJA, Sector H-8/4, Islamabad on any working day during office hours (8.00 AM to 3.00 PM) Monday to Saturday from 04'03/2010 by submitting a written request on the company letter head/pad. alongwith pay order or bank draft amounting to Rs.500/- drawn in favour of Director General Federal Judicial Academy, Islamabad.
Interested bidders may submit their bids in the office of the Assistant Administrative Officer, Federal Judicial Academy, sector H-8/4, Islamabad along with a covering letter on company letter pad cn or before 20/03/2010, by 01.00 PM Hours positively and bids will be opened on the same day at 01.30 PM Hours in the presence of bidders or their nominated agents who prefer to be present. No tenders will be sold on closing date.
Each bid should be accompanied by Rs.20,000/- earnest money in shape of Bank Draft or Pay Order in favour of Director General, Federal Judicial Academy, Islamabad. The bids containing less earnest money shall not be entertained.
The firm should be registered with income/sales tax department. The payment of all the taxes is the responsibility of the firm., FJA reserves the rights to accept or reject all or any bid without assigning any reason as per PPRA rules.
