Provide T-System EV software licensing and technical support services for the Emergency Dept. at Tripler Army Medical Center, HI in accordance with the terms and conditions of the performance work statement in solicitation W81K02-10-R-0027. Contract period of performance is a base year (29 Mar 10 - 30 Sep 10) plus two option years through 30 Sep 12. It is the governments intent to award a sole source contract to Eli Chason & Green due to proprietary software and licensing issues on the existing system. However, all reasonable offers received in response to this notice will be considered. This solicitation will be available on or about 11 Mar 2010 by downloading from the ASFI website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/.
