AMERICAN RECOVERY AND RE-INVESTMENT ACT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE (NPS) Northeast Region intends to enter into negotiations with a firm to be determined by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for the demolition of three structures and debris from the Burhman Tract of Richmond National Battlefield Park. This announcement is not a solicitation for offers. The NPS anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract to a capable 8(a) firm pursuant to FAR 19.8 and FAR 6.302-5(b)(4). The estimated price range of this effort is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) 238910.
