FOR THE PROVISION OF INTERACTIVE WHITEBOARDS AND MOBILE INTERACTIVE WHITEBOARD SYSTEMS

Sealed submissions must be received in the offices of Purchasing and Distribution Services on or before 10:00 A.M., local time, on March 25, 2010. (See Section 7 below)

LATE, E-MAILED OR FACSIMILE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR CONSIDERED


The Toronto District School Board “the Board” intends to secure Contract(s) with qualified Bidders for the provision of Interactive Whiteboards for the Period and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

1. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDER

Instructions:

Bids are invited from suppliers, manufacturers of Interactive Whiteboards to enter into Contract(s) on a non-exclusive basis with the Board to provide the Goods or Services as listed herein and more specifically in the Bid Form, if provided. All Bids must be in writing and delivered to the offices of Purchasing and Distribution Services in a sealed envelope, addressed to Purchasing and Distribution Services, as set out in Section 7 below.

The successful Bidder will be required to enter into a Contract which will be effective for a three year period from May 1, 2010 to June 30, 2013 subject to approval by the Board of Trustees or Standing Committee, if applicable. The Board reserves the right, at the sole discretion of the Board, to exercise an option to renew the contract on the basis set out in Section 9 below. All contract extensions will be subject to approval by the Board, if applicable.
