for assistance to AID's follow up of the EFFEKT programme in the Norwegian
Directorate of Immigration.
A contract is wanted for continuous assistance in carrying out the
Ministry's management and control responsibilities as regards the EFFEKT
programme throughout the whole of the programme period.
The service provider shall contribute to ensuring that the Ministry has
updated information about the status of the programme as regards approved
plans and targets in the programme, and any deviations which require a
reaction from the Ministry. Furthermore the service provider shall be a
discussion partner for the Ministry, and give advice about the Ministry's
follow up of the programme in the continuous governance dialogue.
