Sealed Bids are invited by the Chairman Atomic Energy Authority for the supply, installation and commissioning of following items at the address given below.
Bids for Item No. 1 to 5 should be submitted on documents obtainable from the Office of the Supplies on a cash payment of Rupees Five Hundred & Four (including VAT) being a non-refundable Tender Fee, together with an official letter of request, issued by the Tenderer.
Bidding documents for Item No. 6 to 13 can be obtained free of charge on submission of an official letter of request issued by the Tenderer.
Bidding documents will be issued between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on any working day up to 30th March 2010.
Tenders will close at 2.00 p.m. on 31st March 2010 and will be opened immediately thereafter.
A bid security declaration as per provision 5.3.12 of NPA guidelines should be submitted with the tender. Therefore bid bond in cash is not necessary.
