ACCOMMODATIONS - TATTOO 2010

The Department of National Defence has a requirement to provide
accommodations and breakfast meals for Canadian Forces
personnel participating in the Royal Nova Scotia International
Tattoo 2010 in Halifax, Nova Scotia during the period 15 June
2010 to 9 July 2010(approximately). The contract will have
options to extend for two(2) additional similar periods for
2011 and 2012. The estimated maximum number of guest nights per
period is 4600(200 guests x 23 nights) and the estimated minimum
number of guest nights per period is 2300 (100 guests x 23
nights). Bidders facilities for accommodations must be located
within a five(5) kilometer radius of the Halifax Metro Centre in
order to be considered responsive. Contractor selection will be
based on the lowest priced responsive proposal.

This PWGSC Office provides procurement services to the public in
English.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
