This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
english.

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for an Architectural and Engineering Firm to act as Prime
Consultant, together with a multidisciplinary team of
Sub-Consultants for the provision of a Functional Program and
Planning Options Study for the Semiarid Prairie Agriculture
Research Centre (SPARC), Swift Current, Saskatchewan.

The consultant will provide an integrated team of professionals
to lead and direct these services, with specific expertise,
knowledge and experience in:
1. Determining the functional requirements for the SPARC
facilities and preparing a
comprehensive functional program. .

2. Conducting, in consultation with AAFC, existing building
condition reports (BCR's) to confirm building condition
status.

3. Developing evaluation criteria and an evaluation matrix to
analyze the planning options. Preparing 25 year cost
projections for each of the options for inclusion in the
Treasury Board funding submissions.

4. Preparing a detailed Class D estimate with elemental
breakdown for all viable options
The project is more fully detailed in the Request for Proposal
documents.


Delivery Date: 31/12/2010

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
