This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
English.

This requirement is for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for
the provision of all labour, material and equipment for carpet
and upholstry cleaning, by truck mounted, high performance hot
water extraction restoration cleaning. Services will be
provided at DND, 8WG Trenton, Ontario. Services are required on
an as and when requested basis from date of award for a period
of 1 year with the option to extend for an additional two, one
(1) year option periods. The response time is as follows:
within 24 hours from date of call-up for flood clean-up and
within 72 hours from date of call-up for other services.

Some of the mandatory criteria are provided below. Refer to the
Request for Standing Offer for the complete list.

The Offeror must have a minimum of 2 years experience within the
past five years in the transcription services industry

The Offeror must provide the names and resumes of a minimum two
(2) transcribers

The proposed transcribers must each have a minimum of 1 year
experience transcribing within the past five years

The security provisions within this requirement are as follows:

The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance
of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial
Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government
Services Canada (PWGSC).

The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to sensitive
work site(s) must EACH hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted
or approved by CISD/PWGSC.

Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to be
awarded without the prior written permission of CISD/PWGSC.

The Contractor/Offeror must comply with the provisions of the:

Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if
applicable), attached at Annex A;

Industrial Security Manual (Latest Edition).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
