A Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) is required of the
supply and delivery of Mattresses and Box Springs to the
Department of National Defence, as detailed herein, on an as and
when requested basis, during the period of the Standing Offer.
The term of the standing offer will be for a period of 1 year
with the option to extend for an additional two 1-year periods.
For the purpose of this RMSO, the Region is defined as Manitoba
and Alberta. Supply must be FOB destination, including all
shipping and offloading charges, customs and excise and GST
extra, if applicable, in accordance with the specifications,
terms and conditions detailed herein. Estimates are based on
individual call ups:

DND CFB 4-Wing, Cold Lake (T9M 2C6)(approx. 10 mattresses and
10 box springs)
DND CFB 17-Wing Winnipeg (R3J 3Y5) (approx. 20 mattresses and
20 box springs)
DND CFB Edmonton (T5J 4J5) (approx. 10 mattresses and 10 box
springs)
DND CFB Suffield (T1B 3M6) (approx. 15 mattresses and 15 box
springs)
DND CFB Wainwright (T0B 1B0) (approx. 20 mattresses and 20
box springs)

The Standing Offer will be in place from April 1, 2010 to March
31, 2011, inclusive.

There are no security requirements associated with this
requirement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
