In pursuance of PPRA Rules 2004 the scaled tenders are invited from all interested persons / parties / fir mo ' suppliers / contractors/company pre-qualified firms to participate on B-I forms for procurement of the following works:-
Teams & Conditions: 1) The blank tender forms and other documents can be obtained from the office of undersigned from 1st day of publication of tenders In Newspapers upto 26.03.2010 during office hours on depositing of required tender fee shown against each work. 2) The tender will be received back on 25.03.2010 and will be issued / opened on same day at 3.00 P.M. in the presence of tender opening /evaluation committee & bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to be present. 3) If the tender remains un-responded on first attempt the next date of issue / opening will be 03.04.2010. 4) Earnest Money should be in shape of Can Deposit of reputed Bank of Pakistan and the Deposit amount in the name of District Officer Education Works Badin. The earnest money will be forfeited to the Government if the bidder modifies or withdraw his bid after opening or fail to tender the contract If the bid is accepted. 5) Conditional lender and tender without accompaniment of earnest money shall not be considered. 6) The Procurement Agency may reject any or all bids subject to the relevant provisions of PPRA Rules.
