Note: Cost of Tender (Non-Refundable) In shape of pay order In favour of CDGK : Rs.3000/-.

Sealed tenders on prescribed forms on two envelopes system as per Public Procurement Rules 2004 are re-invited from well reputed experienced firms/contractors, for the Janitorial Services at Abbasi Shaheed Hospital CDGK, for the year 2009-2010.
Tender should be dropped in the tender box kept in the Office of the District Officer Medical Services, CDGK, Guru Mandir near Islamia College Karachi in single stage-two envelope procedure.
1st envelope should contain technical proposal only and be clearly marked “Technical Proposal”.
2nd envelope should contain Financial Proposal (Rates) along with (2%) earnest money of the quoted rates in the shape of pay order/demand draft (refundable), the envelope be clearly marked as “Financial Proposal”.
Both envelope should be sealed separately and placed in a 3rd envelope, the name of the bidder be clearly marked on all envelopes.
All the Technical Proposals of bids shall be opened before the undersigned / Tender opening committee on the mentioned above date & time in the presence of such contractors or their agents as may be present who wish to attend and the authority shall affix his initial on every tender when opened. The rates quoted must be inclusive of all the prevalent taxes if any.
Prescribed tender proforma along with terms & conditions and details specification can be obtained on the payment mentioned in the above schedule against pay order (Non-refundable) and production of (i) Latest Income Tax Certificate (ii) GST Registration Certificate (if applicable) (iii) Attested copy of CNIC of the authorized person, from the office of the Medical Superintendent Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, CDGK, Executive District Officer (Finance & Planning), CDGK 6th floor Civic Center & D.O Medical Services, CDGK, Guru Mandir near Islamia College Karachi, on any working day. No tender will be issued on the date of opening of the tender. If tender opening date falls on holiday or tender not opened due to some circumstances then tender will be opened very next day. Government notified black listed firm / supplier shall not be entertained.
The Procuring Agency may reject all or any bids subject to the relevant provision of PPRA-Rule.
