Specification: Engine Oil SAE-40, 20W50, 15W40, 10W50 & HD-50. Gear Oil GL-4. Brake Oil and Steering Oil Wagner /Guard and ATF Dextrin II, Batteries 12V 35AMP to 200AMP & UPS 1.283 KVA and PPC (Heavy Duty)

Terms and Condition
1.5% Bid money (maximum up to Rs 0.2 Mill) of the quoted value is required to be submitted along with the quotations.
2. 10% Bank Guarantee will be imposed in case of awarding the Contract to the firm.
3. Firms, un-registered / un-indexed with OGDP interested to participate in the competition on Earnest Money are required provide financial capability (Minimum 6 months Bank Statements) proof of godown and manufacturer' Stockiest. 02 photocopy of NIC of the owner in case of FOR lenders and agency agreement with OEM along with the request. Request for issuance of IT will be entertained 07 days before opening date of tender
4. A treasury Challan of Rs 2,000/- to Main Head XLVIIW Main Head XII Sub Head A is required lo be submitted by then- registered Un-indexed firms along with the request.
Terms And Conditions:
1. General terms and conditions are mentioned in tender form(F-528A). Forms and tender notices complete details can be downloaded from PAF website "www.paf.gov.pk" or can be obtained from respective Bases/ Log Sqns on working days.
2. The firm must be GST and professional Tax registered having NTN
3. Last date of submission of tenders 16 Mar, 2010 (1000 hrs).
4. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 1100 hrs.
5. No advance payment will be made and payment will be subject to acceptance of the items by user activity.
6. Officers Commanding of the mentioned Bases/ Units reserve the right to reject any part or the entire tender on technical grounds.
7. Quotations must be valid for 90 days. 3. Sales Tax as applicable must be mentioned separately. 3 Guarantee / Warranty term / period should also be mentioned.
10.Trie agreement will be governed by official secret act. 1923.
