Sealed Tenders on B-I & B-II form are invited from all the interested Persons/Suppliers/Contractors/Firms for the following works (Under Public Procurement Rules).
The blank Tender Forms can be had from the Office of the undersigned upto 22/03/2010 on any working day during office working hours on payment of Tender Fee. The Tender will be received back duly sealed on or before 24/03/2010 @ 2:00 P.M and opened on same day at 3:00 PM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives.
If any Tender remains un-responded on the above date the same Tender will be issued upto 02/04/2010 on any working day during office working hours. The tender be received back on or before 04/04/2010 and will be opened on same day @ 3:00 PM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives.
2% Earnest money of the tender amount in the shape of call deposit from schedule Bank accompany with the applications in the name of undersigned for issuing the tender. Without Call Deposit the Tender will not be issued.
The Tender will be issued to the contractors after providing following documents.
Copy of C.N.I.C of Proprietor/Authorized Representative.
National Tax Registration Certificate.
Financial stability Certificate issued by Schedule Banks.
Affidavit that the Firm/Contractor has neither been black listed nor involved subversive activity.
List of Technical Staff for working on the works.
Detail of Machinery and Plants/Equipments.
Detail of Works executed during last five years with satisfactory certificate from concerned.
Detail of works in hand showing name of work, tender cost, date of start & Date of Completion with a copy of work order.
Conditional/Telegraphic applications will not be entertained for purchase of Tender.
The procuring agency may reject all or any bids subject to the relevant provision of PPRA Rules.
