This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source award to Reinen Machine Sales, 11 Laomatong RD, Bedminster, NJ 07921 for a Vertical Turret Milling Machine MFG Part # SP-150VSL. The authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), FAR 6.302, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.  The reason for this determination is:  This is a PIMA supplied item has been unavailable through internal procurement procedures at this time, but is still however available for procurement direct from the originating vendor.  This agency is required to procure this item at the earliest time available due to mission requirements.

The Government will only favorably consider and evaluate offers that unquestionably and clearly demonstrate the offerors ability to provide the aforementioned machine in a timely manner with no substitutes.

Any change to this notice shall be authorized only by the Contracting Officer and will be issued by written addendum.
