1. You are requested to submit a proposal for Media Training, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).

2. To enable you to submit a proposal, attached are:

i. Instructions to Offerors……(Annex I)
ii. General Conditions of Contract……(Annex II)
iii. Terms of Reference (TOR)…… (Annex III)
iv. Proposal Submission Form……(Annex IV)
v. Budget template……(Annex V)

3. A pre-tender meeting will be organized on Monday, March 22nd 2010 at 10 a.m. in the premises of UNDP located Kingsway, Mafinga in Dar Es Salam, Attendance to the meeting will not be considered as a formal qualification requirement. Minutes of all questions and answers will be posted on UNDP internet website (www.tz.undp.org)

4. Your offer comprising of technical proposal and financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should reach the following address no later than Tuesday, April 6th 2010 at 2 p.m. (Dar Es Salaam local time).
