Requirement:
The Contractor is required to provide the Department of National
Defence with CADPAT™ "AR" Flight Suit Qualification Badges with
government supplied material. Delivery to the Canadian Forces
depot in Montreal. This requirement also includes an option for
a minimum of 19,500 each up to a maximum of 39,000 each badges
(if exercised). The Contracting Authority may exercise the
option within 12 months after contract award date by sending a
written notice to the Contractor.

Technical Data will automatically be issued, under separate
cover to bidders, upon request for the bid documents. Therefore,
it is imperative that this request for the bid documentation be
done as soon as possible to ensure timely receipt of the
associated technical data. However, the Crown shall not be held
responsible for untimely release of technical data, since the
technical data package and sealed patterns are available for
viewing at the following Public Works and Government Services
Canada regional offices: Quebec, Quebec; Montréal, Quebec;
Mississauga, Ontario; Mississauga, Ontario; Edmonton, Alberta;
Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Firm Quantity: 39,000 each badges

Delivery: The first delivery is required 30 calendar days after
contract award.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
