Closing Date : Tuesday, 23 March 2010.
Within the framework of its assistance programs in Sri Lanka, the Delegation of the international Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) invites interested companies to tender for the supply of the below mentioned items and services for the 2010/2011.
General Tender Conditions :
Prices offered must remain valid for a minimum of 6 months.
Interested bidders must include letters of reference from reputable international Organisations that they may have had related contracts or carried out similar works for.-
(Tenders without these letters or reference will not be considered.)
Information about your enterprise, its production & Service capacity, accounts, directors and copies of 160 or other quality certificate if available etc.
Detailed Tender documents with items and specifications can be collected until 18th March 2010 for Tenders at the offices mentioned below upon the Payment of a non refundable fee of LKR 2000/- A copy of the receipt for this payment should be included in the tender documents.
Completed and sealed tender documents should be placed in the Tender Box in Building 3, at the under mentioned address on or before Tuesday, 23 March 2010.
