Quotations are invited for rent / lease of the first and ground floors of the building owned by the State Pharmaceuticals Corporation where the Osusala sales center is situated. This building is situated feeing Badulla - Bandarawela road and has all facilities. The ground floor has a floor area of 620 Sq. feet. The first floor has two sections with a floor area of 525 Sq. feet and 720 Sq. feet. The two sections of the first floor can be taken as one section. This building is ideal for an Office / Showroom or for any other commercial purpose.
Any interested party has to rent or lease the Building for a period not less than one year. The applicant has to fill the form as given below and post it under registered cover to reach the Chairman Procurement Committee at the under mentioned address on or before 2.00 p.m. of 19th March 2010. Quotations may also be deposited in the tender box placed at the same address. "Quotations - Badulla" Should be written on the Left hand corner of the envelope.
