This request is for Brand Name parts from an identified Oldenburg Lakeshore Industries representative. To provide services to accomplish repairs on all ten (10) lifeboat davit winches onboard the USNS COMFORT. ***All quotes must include a copy of the letter certifying that the vendor is an Authorized Service Representative for Oldenburg Lakeshore Davit Model CW-100M.*** A. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Contractor shall provide all labor, material, hardware, staging if required and tools to accomplish this work. Ship�s tools shall not be used during this work. Contractor shall submit MSCREP final report of repairs accomplished and recommended future actions. Accomplish the specific repairs detailed in SOW. Adjust and make minor repairs as necessary to make all ten (10) winches work IAW OEM instructions Demonstrate USCG and MSCREP all ten (10) winches work properly. Accomplish a weight test following completion of repairs to provide satisfactory operation of davits. B. EQUIPMENT INFORMATION: Model Number: CW-100M; Qty: Ten (10) ea.
