The Municipal Council of Thika (herein referred to as the “Municipal Council”, or “Council , or “Employer”, or “Client” or “Procuring Entity`) invites Tenders for the following services;

1. Review of Strategic Plan
2. Training needs Assessment Competency
3. ISO Certification

Tender documents may be obtained from the offices of the Municipal ‘treasurer’s Department, Town Hall. Kenyatta Highway, Thika, 1st Floor Room 110 during normal working hours Upon payment of Non-refundable Kenya Shillings TWO Thousand (Kshs. 2000.00) Only) per bid document.
Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes bearing no indication of the firm bidding with Tender Number and Title clearly marked on top should be deposited in the Tender Box located in the Town Clerks Office, Town Hall, First Floor, Room 139 or if by post to be addressed to:-
