Tender Cost: Rs. 100/-
Earnest Money (Fixed): 10,000/-
Contract Period of the Work: One (01) Year, Extendable for further period of Two (02) Years

1. Real Estate Division, State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites sealed tenders from those Contractor’s who are eligible to handle the below work.
Tenderers may obtain the Tender Documents from the Electrical Engineering Department, Real Estate Division, 5th Floor, State Life Building #. 9, Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed Road, Karachi.
3. Complete Set of Tender Documents may be purchased by interested tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee in shape of cash / pay – order / Bank Draft drawn in favour of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan mentioned above against tender.
4. All tenders must be delivered to Real Estate Division, 5th Floor, SLB #. 9, Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed Road, Karachi, at or before 11:00 A.M on above mentioned date. Tenders will be opened at 11:30 Hours on the same date/day mentioned above in the presence of tenderer’s representative who choose to attend.
5. Bids received after the above deadline or without earnest money shall not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Telegraphic / Telex / Fax bids shall not be accepted.
6. The advertisement is also available on State Life website at www.StateLife.com.pk. and Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website at www.ppra.org.pk.
7. State Life reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the tenders.
