Assessment No.275/75, Hakmana Road, Thudawe (Presently Bearing Assessment N0.211c, Ariyawanse Mawatha, Thudawe) in the Extent of 18.34 Perches Suitable for any Construction.
All that divided and defined allotment of Land marked Lot 1 from and out of Lot E of the land called Yahalawila depicted in Plan No.3198 dated 14th March 1993 made by O.N. Jayawardena Licensed Surveyor bearing assessment No.275/25, Hakmana Road, Thudawe within the Fourt Gravets of Matara in the District of Matara Southern Province which said Lot 1 is bounded on the North by Paththlnigewattd on the East by Lot No.2 on the South by Village Road leading to Matara Thihagoda Main Road on the West by Ulugedarawatte Containing in extent Eighteen Decimal Three Four Perches (A0-R0-P18.34).
Under the Commission issued to me by the District Court of Colombo in Case No. 17687/MB filed by The Finance Company Plc. of No.97, Hyde Park Corner, Colombo 02, formerly of No.69, Janadhipathi Mawatha, Colombo 01 against 1) Piyadasa Weerasinghe Kulatunge and 2) Mala Samaraweera both of No.49, Tangalle Road, Devinuwara for the recovery of the sum of Rs. 773,127/48 and interest on Rs. 644,284/82 being the Capita) amount at the rate of 24% per annum from 11.08.2005 till the date of Decree and thereafter interest at the rate of 24% per annum on the aggregate amount of the Decree till payment in full, Costs of Suit and Auctioneers charges.
I shall sell by Public Auction the above property On 26th day of March, 2010 at 11.00 am at the spot.
Access to the property:- From Matara Bodhiya Junction proceed along Hakmana Road approximately 2 1/2 km and turn left on to Bothuragama Road (Ariyawanse Mawatha) adjoining to Thripitaka Sudharshanaramaya Temple and proceed further 100 meters on this road to reach the property which is situated on the right hand side of this road.
Mode of payments:- The prospective purchaser should pay the following money at the fall of the hammer:- (1) 25% of the purchase price, (2) 1% Local Authority Charges., (3) 21/2% Auctioneers Charges., (4) Cost of the auction, (5) Clerk's and Crier's fee Rs. 1,500/=, (6) Notary's fee for attestation of Conditions of Sale Rs. 3000/= etc. The balance 75% should be deposited in Court to the credit of this case within 30 days from the date of the auction.
