The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) invites interested suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for:

Construction / Rehabilitation of Perimeter Fence, Replacement of Three (3) Entrance Gates and Construction of Concrete Enclosure under the Carriageway of Connecting Line and Relocation of Mock-up Train Adjacent to Perimeter Fence

Prospective bidders should posses a valid PCAB License applicable for the contract and should have experience inn undertaking similar services within the last (3) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) of the proposed project for bidding.

Bid documents can be obtained from the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat at the Ground Floor, Administration Building, LRTA Compound, Aurora Blvd., Pasay City, starting February 23, 2010 - March 09, 2010 during regular office hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm upon submission of Letter of Intent (LOI) and payment of a non-refundable fee of Eleven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php11,500.00).

A site inspection shall be conducted on March 10, 2010, Wednesday, 10:00 am at the LRTA Engineering Department, Gate 2 Line 1 Depot, LRTA COmpound, Aurora Blvd., Pasay City.

For purpose of classifying issues, a pre-bid conference will be held on March 11, 2010, Thursday, 10:00 am at the Cafeteria, LRTA Line-2 Depot, Santolan, Pasig City.

The BAC Secretariat shall receive sealed bids not later than March 25, 2010 Thursday, 9:00 A.M. and shall then be publicly opened immediately thereafter at LRT Line 2 Depot, Santolan, Pasig City .

LRTA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, without assuming any obligation whatsoever to offset expenses or losses the bidder may incur in the preparation of its bids, and will entertain only such bid/s established to be the most advantageous to the LRTA.
