An award was made on March 5th, 2010 to 200 Oceangate, LLC to satisfy the Government's space requirements. The offer accepted by the Government is as follows: " Successful Offeror: 200 Oceangate, LLC " Location of Property: Arco Center - 300 Oceangate, 7th Floor, Long Beach, CA 90802 " Square Footage of Space: 16,599 RSF " Average Annual Rental: $494,508.06 FSG, inclusive of ALL expenses. " TIs Allowance: $852,027 " Term of Lease: 5-Years Firm w/one five-year option period. " Number of Offerors Solicited: Full and Open " Number of Proposals Received: Minimum of Four " Reason Your Offer Not Accepted: The successful offer was viewed as the best overall value to the Government, price and other factors considered.
