Chairman, Tender Board, Sabaragamuwa Provincial Council will receive sealed bids for the supply and installation of the under mentioned items. Receipt of bids will be closed at 10.00 a.m. on 31st March 2010.
Bids should be submitted on the forms available from 05th March 2010 up to 12.00 noon on 30th March 2010 at the office of the Provincial Director of Health Services, No. 75, Dharmapala Mawatha, Ratnapura. Bid documents will be issued from 8.30 a.m. to 03.00 p.m. on payment of a non refundable bid fee of Rs. 1000/=. If two offers are made for one item, two bid documents should be submitted. A requesting letter should submitted with the non refundable tender fee to obtain bid documents.
Bids will be opened immediately after the closing at the office of the Provincial Director of Health Services. Bidders or their authorized representatives are requested to be present at the opening of tenders.
Bidders should be the manufacturers or authorized agents; of local or foreign manufacturers. A copy of the letter of appointment as the local agent issued by the principal should be submitted with the tender.
Sealed bids may be dispatched either by Registered Post or hand delivered to the Provincial Director of Health Services to be received before the stipulated time of, closing.
Bid documents may be inspected free of charge at the office of the Provincial Director of Health Services, No. 75, Dharmapala Mawatha, Ratnapura.
Bids should be relevant to bid documents and specifications attached with the bid document.
