Note: Construction of R/O Plant Room, Generator Room, Guard Room, Lavatory, Compound Wall & Underground Tanks, Village Mongar Khan Palejo, U/C Jungshahi Taluka & District Thatta

Tender under sealed cover on B-I form for the following civil works at designated sites in Districts Thatta are invited from the contractors / firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and meeting the criteria under the SPPRA Rules, 2004 are eligible for participation in the tenders. Firms who are interested in tendering for above works may obtain tender documents from the office of Sindh Coal Authority on submission of written application with the following information: i) Request letter on letterhead for tender. Ii) Full Name and address along with organizational structure of the firm indicating the names of Directors/Partners/Proprietors and their experience. Iii) Nature of company with year of establishment, in case of partnership or proprietorship of year of incorporation in case of private and or limited company. Iv) Copy of National Tax Number and Computerized NICs. V) Complete list of employees, key personnel who will be involved in the projects along with their names, qualifications and designations. Vi) Details of similar works executed by the forms during the past five years and works in hand indicating projects cost and date of completion. Vii) Details of plant, manufacturing facilities, transport, skill manpower, personnel and other equipments owned by the firms. Viii) List of all present and previous cases under dispute or in arbitration. Ix) Bank Certificate regarding financial status. X) Affidavit to the effect that the firm has not been blacklisted. xi) Undertaking on stamp Paper that firm is not involved in any litigation or abandoned any work in any Government /semi Government department or in any executing agency. Xii) Copy of valid registration certificate from PEC in relevant category. xiii. Blank Tender documents will be issued from the date of publication of Tender Notice against payment of prescribed tender fee (non-refundable) in shape of Pay order/Demand Draft in favour DG, SCA. The tenders in sealed envelopes will be received back on 25-03-2010 at 2.00 pm in the office of Sindh Coal Authority which will be opened on the same day at 3.00p.m in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who with to be present. Tenders without call deposit will not be entertained. Conditional of tenders will not be entertained. Xiv) The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders subject to relevant provisions of SPPRA Rules 2004. xv. If any of the information furnished by the contractor/firm proves to be false at any stage, the contract, even if awarded, is liable for cancellation and other actions, legal and otherwise, will be taken against the contractors/firms. In Case Of Non-Response Tenders Will Be Reissued On 26-03-2010 Which Will Be Opened On 31-03-2010 AT 3:00 pm.
