Applications are invited for pre-qualification from reputed contractors enlisted in the W&P and PWD Department Gilgit Baltistan in the category mentioned against each work. Applications for pre-qualification of each work should be given separately along with the requisite documents.
Terms & Condition.
01 Only those contractor/firms who have experience in the similar works and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant filed can apply for pre-qualification.
02 The interested contractors fulfilling the condition No-I are requested to provide attested vivid photo copies of the following documents and information along with their application
i. Enlistment with GB WAP Department/GB PWD and receipt of renewal/enlistment fee for the year 2009-10
ii. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2010 in the category mentioned with the works and in the relevant filed.
iii. Bank balance certificate/Transaction statement during the last 06 months showing current balance ending Dec,2009 duly signed by the concerned Bank authority.
iv. List of similar and other works executed with GB WAP Department during last five years, along with value of work duly certified from the concern Executive Engineers.
v. List of work in hand with value should be provided.
vi. Experience certificate from the concerned Executive Engineer in similar works/field.
vii. List of Engineers, skilled / unskilled staff, Labours, should be attached.
viii. List of Machinery owned and held by the contractors should be attached.
ix. Affidavit to the effect that contractor / Firms has never been in litigation with GB Water and Power Department/GB PWD as well as any other nation building department duly attested by the oath commissioner.
x. Affidavit to the effect that all the information’s submitted are correct.
03. The contractor should give correct information. In case of any fake information the application will be summarily rejected.
04. Applications should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 5th Feb,2010
05. The authorities of GB Water and Power Department reserve the right to reject or all applications for pre-qualification without assigning any reason thereof.
