The Government intends to award a multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the following required items which includes, BUT NO LIMITED TO: (1) Catalog #V1306S, GNI 20T (Manuf: Biomerieux); (2) Catalog #5421G, Clotest H Pylori Rapid 25T (Manuf: Qudel); (3) Catalog #297953, Macconkey/Sorbitol 10s (Manuf: BD); (4) Catalog #0952S, Neisseria Gonorrhoeae (ATCC49981) 10s (Manuf: Microbiologics); (5) Catalog #0385S, Streptococcus Pyogenes (ATCC19515) 10s (Manuf: Microbiologics); (6) Catalog #231275S, 2UG Clindamycin 10x50T (Manuf: BD); (7) Catalog #0938S, Yersinia Enterocolitica (ATCC9610) 10s.

Calls will be placed against the BPAs as supplies are required. Contractor shall provide all supplies and transportation necessary for delivery to MEDDAC-K (KOREA), YONG SONG KOREA.

Period of Performance is 29 March 2010 - 28 March 2015. NAICS IS 423450-Medical, Dental and Hospital Equipment and Supply Merchant Wholesalers.
