The Government intends to procure commercial item services under (FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures) for preventative maintenance and repair of medical and dental air, nitrogen, oxygen; dental and surgical vacuums; zone valves; and area alarm systems for VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073. The contract shall be for a base year with the Government's option to exercise four (4) one (1) year option periods. This procurement is set aside for small business. The solicitation will be available for issue on or about March 11, 2010 with offers due on March 25, 2010. The NAICS number is 811219, Size Standard is $7.0 Million. This notice amends a previous announcement. The solicitation release date is modified as stated below. The Government intends to procure commercial item services under (FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures) for Medical and Dental Gas Maintenance Service for VA Los Angeles Healthcare System. The Contractor must be able to provide all services listed under the solicitation to be eligible for award. The contract shall be for a base year with the Government's option to exercise four (4) one (1) year option periods. This is an unrestricted solicitation. The solicitation shall be available for issue on or about March 30, 2010, with offers due on or about April 12, 2010. The NAICS number is 811219, Size Standard is $7 Million.
