Description

The Online Health Assessment will be made available to all ATO employees for voluntary participation.  It will have a holistic health and wellbeing focus and will address various aspects of health and wellbeing.

The Online Health Assessment will be run from the successful Tenderer's own secure website.  It will incorporate:

  • health and lifestyle assessment
  • risk identification and mitigation strategies 
  • an individual health and wellbeing report / plan provided electronically to each participant and, potentially,
  • additional support services for participants that the assessment identifies as high risk in one or more health/lifestyle areas. 

An executive summary and non-identifying corporate level reports will also be required.

Conditions for Participation

a.  the Tenderer and its subcontractors must not be named as not complying with the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 (Cth);

b.  the Tenderer and its subcontractors must not be named on the list of persons and entities designated as terrorists under the Charter of United Nations (Anti-Terrorism Measures) Regulations 2001 (Cth); and

c.  the Tenderer and its subcontractors must not have any unpaid claims in respect of judicial decisions (other than decisions subject to appeal) made against them relating to employee entitlements.

Timeframe for Delivery

The Online Health Assessment (survey component) is to be made available to all ATO employees for a period of 2 weeks in May 2010 (the survey period) to meet the survey closing date on or before 28 May 2010.
