The Local Government Unit of Tayug, Pangasinan, through its BIDS and AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC) hereby invites to apply for bid for the hereunder project:

NAME OF PROJECT:REPAIR AND REHABILITATION OF VARIOUS BRGY. ROADS (REGRABLING)
LOCATION: TAYUG, PANGASINAN
APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT: Php 4,600,000.00

1. Bid documents will be available for issuance starting March 4 to March 10, 2010 from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the BAC Secretariat Office, LGU Tayug, Pangasinan upon payment of non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00) per set for Eligibility Forms and Bidding documents only to the Bidders declared by the BAC to be eligible for the bidding a fee of one thousand five hundred Pesos ( Php 1,500.00) to the Municipal Treasurer Office.

2. Deadline for submission, receipt and opening of bids shall be on or before 10:00 A.M. of March 24, 2010 at the BAC Secretariat Office, LGU Tayug, Pangasinan. If the date is declared and non-working day, the new deadline for submission shall be announced through a Bid Bulletin. Submission of documents must be clear, legible and readable. Late submission and / or incomplete bid documents shall not be accepted.

3. Pre-bid conference will be held on March 15, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at the BAC Secretariat Office, LGU-Tayug, Pangasinan.

4. All particulars relative to the eligibility, bidding, evaluation of bids and awards of contract shall be governed by the Implementing Rules and Regulations Act of Republic Act 9184.

5. BAC reserves the right to reject any Application for Eligibility or all bids without offering any reasons, waive any required formality therein, and to make an award to the bidder whose proposal is most advantageous to the government.

6. Additional Information shall be furnished upon request. All communications should be addressed to the undersigned at the aforementioned address.
