II.1.4) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The national
evaluation team will collate data and information supplied by each
demonstrator site and will, where practical and most effective, apply and
undertake evaluated research across all the CAF partnerships. The team
will:
— Work with the expert adviser to bring sites together to support and
accelerate their learning,
— Work closely with the initial nine CAF Demonstrator sites and additional
sites expected to begin work in January 2010,
— Manage data aggregation and reporting at the whole programme level based
on data and information from the demonstrator sites,
— Report to the project board on progress,
— Prepare material for transmission to interested stakeholders not
involved in the programme,
— Analyse the data and produce a final report which assesses the evidence
from the demonstrator sites about the effectiveness, including
cost-effectiveness, of a common assessment framework for adults,
— Give one or more presentations to DH and other interested stakeholders
on the findings of the demonstrator sites.
