Applications are invited from reputed organizations and individuals for the supply of following Goods and Services for the above period to Head Office and Branches (Kurunegala, Matara, Matugama, Gampaha, Avissawella, Elpitiya, Kandy, Negombo, Anuradhapura and Trincomalee).
Application Forms for registration can be obtained from the Administration Department, People's Merchant Bank PLC from 01st March 2010 to 31st March 2010 by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/= to the Cashier. Duly perfected forms should reach the Manager - Administration (registered post/by hand) on or before the 31st March 2010 before 5.00 p.m.
Application forms for registration can be obtained from the Cashier, People's Merchant Bank PLC from 01st March 2010 to 31st March 2010 by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/-. Duly perfected forms stated above should be sent (under registered cover) or handed over to the Manager - Administration, People's Merchant Bank PLC on or before 31st March 2010 before 5.00 p.m.
Registration of Suppliers for 2010/2011 should be printed/written on the top left-hand corner of the envelope enclosing the application.
Normally, quotations will only be called from registered suppliers for the supplies and services. However, the Management Committee reserves the right to call for quotations and make purchases from unregistered suppliers on occasions where sufficient number of suppliers are riot available or for the items not quoted.
The Management Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application without giving any reason. Suppliers already registered, too should re-apply for registration for year 2010/2011.
