Note: Disposal of Solid Waste and Reclamation of Land at Mehmood Booti Dumping Site, Lahore.

City District Government Lahore intends to manage the Mehmood Booti dumping site in a manner which will meet all international and national environmental obligations. Mehmood Booti dumping site has been receiving approx 1000-2400 tons of solid waste per day since 1995. It has an area of 638 Kanals and located at about 7 KM from Old Ravi Bridge, Lahore. The plan is to dispose off local Solid Waste by sustainable and environment friendly methods against a viable offer and to reclaim the existing land at Mehmood Booti Site, Lahore. Interested registered firms etc are invited to participate as per Request for Proposal. RFP document can be received against a Bank Draft or Pay Order of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousands only) each (not refundable) from the office of District Officer (SWM), City District Government Lahore before 8" March 2010. Technical proposal will be opened in the presence of participants on 22^ March 2010 at 11:00 AM & Financial proposals will be opened on 29m March 2010 in the office of DO (SWM), CDGL. Note: Only Technically and environmentally viable proposal will be considered and financial proposal of the technically qualified firms would be opened.
Firms supplying wrong or misleading information will be disqualified. CDGL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any or all the proposals without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever.
