Description

Ergon Energy Corporation Limited (Ergon Energy) is seeking submissions that have the necessary expertise and resources to be included on a panel of preferred training professionals for the delivery, assessment, facilitation, and development of accredited and non accredited training services.

Ergon Energy’s policy is to maintain a panel of preferred providers to meet its needs for these services across the Corporation. This document describes the needs of Ergon Energy in this regard and the requirements to achieve preferred status.

Appointment to the panel will be on an ongoing basis with a regular review of existing and potential panel participants.

Ergon Energy will not be entering into any contractual arrangements with sole traders for the provision of this type of service.

The scope of services required is outlined below.
- Training course delivery – Electrical - Delivery of Ergon Energy courses including: HV switching, electrical theory, linesman training, cable jointing, electrical safety and inductions, electrical design etc

- Field Practices - Chainsaw Operations Level 1; Erect, Assemble & Maintain Public Lighting; Power Winching; etc.

- Plant & Equipment Operation - Basic Rigger; Dogger; Elevated Work Platforms; Vehicle Loading Cranes; Forklift Operations; etc.

- Regulatory Competencies - CPR; Provide Basic Emergency Life Support, Apply First Aid

- Workplace Health & Safety - General Safety inductions, WPH&S Officer training, White card training (online)

- Technical Writers and/or Course Developers - Assist in development of specialist Technical Training courses and systems
