The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a
Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply of Dry
Provisions on an as and when requested basis by Department of
National Defence (DND) ships and shore units within the area of
Maritime Forces Atlantic, Halifax Regional Municipality, Nova
Scotia, 14 Wing in Greenwood, Nova Scotia and Land Forces
Atlantic Training Centre Aldershot, near Kentville, Nova Scotia.

Delivery requirements could range from 24 hours to 10 days for a
wide variety and quantity of product.

The period of the standing offer will be for a four (4) month
period from date of issuance, anticipated to be from April 1 to
August 1, 2010.

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

There is a security requirement associated with this
requirement. For additional information, consult Part 4
-Evaluation Procedures and Basis of Selection, and Part 6A -
Standing Offer. Offerors should consult the "Security
Requirements for PWGSC Bid Solicitations - Instructions for
Bidders" document on the Departmental Standard Procurement
Documents Web site.


This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
English. Documents may be submitted in either official language
of Canada.
