SECTION II: OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
II.1) DESCRIPTION

BMS system to Gatwick Airport Limited (GAL) through collaboration with GAL
and the integration if required via 1st and 2nd Tier suppliers.

II.2) QUANTITY OR SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: Provision of a Building Management
System (BMS) that includes.
Head End.
Replacement of existing Honeywell S-BUS devices, located in multiple
buildings airport wide (Landside and Airside).
An industry standard open platform with full integration capability.
Within this provision integration with the existing Honeywell C-BUS
devices.
Estimated value excluding VAT: 4 000 000 GBP.
II.2.2) Options: Yes.
Description of these options: We reserve the right to extend this
agreement subject to (but not limited to) contract performance, supplier
capability commercial considerations.
II.3) DURATION OF THE CONTRACT OR TIME LIMIT FOR COMPLETION: Duration in
months: 16 (from the award of the contract).
SECTION III: LEGAL, ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT

reference to the relevant provisions regulating them: The shortlisted
suppliers will be required to demonstrate their economic and financial
capacity during the tender process.

whom the contract is to be awarded: Joint ventures must enter into a legal
agreement (as one legal entity) with joint and severable liability of all
parties.

required to provide evidences within the Pre qualification questionnaire
(available on www.airportsmart.com) by uploading their responses in
www.airportsmart.com. As per the instructions in Section VI .3.

Registering interest in this project does not guarantee inclusion of the
party on the tender enquiry list. There is no cost associated with
registration and expression of interest at this time, however, should your
company decide to make a bid at tender stage then a cost of up to 2 000
