framework agreement regarding office chairs, boards, canvases and various
office supplies.
Office chairs:
The tenderers shall submit tenders for 4-5 various types of office chairs
of which some are suitable for work tops with fixed elevation adjustment
and others for tables with adjustable elevation adjustments. The chairs
shall represent a large diversity of sitting comfort and ergonomics.
Boards and canvases:
The existing meeting rooms which are situated in the 5th, 6th and 7th
floors shall basically keep the existing boards and canvases, while new
meeting rooms and quiet rooms in all floors as well as a couple of new
cell offices shall be supplemented with new boards, whiteboards and
canvases, etc. The equipment shall fit together with the existing
equipment and shall be able to be supplemented in same rooms.
Various office supplies:
The tenderers shall submit tenders for the following products:
Wastepaper baskets; shall be delivered in black/black-gray lacquered
metal. Approx. sizes: Ø30 x h36 cm.
Cork boards.
PCs’ hangers.
Cable systems, etc.
Footstools.
Clothes hangers.
