U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) intends to contract on a sole source basis with Meggitt Defense Systems, Inc., 9801 Muirlands Blvd, Irvine, CA 92618 for 15 each M230 Weapons Systems Guide Trays PN 007247-505 and 25 each M230 Weapons Systems Flex Chute Covers PN 040996-1 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed action will be processed as a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. Firms that recognize and can provide these supplies are encouraged to identify themselves. This notice of intent is not a request for a proposal; however, the Government will consider all proposals received by the specified due date IAW FAR 5.203 (a) Publicizing and Response Time.
