The Government intends to procure commercial item services under (FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures) for dental lab services for the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System. The contractor is required to provide dental laboratory services which include transportation, labor, supplies, supervision and materials required to fabricate specified dental prosthesis in accordance with prescription specifications. The contract shall be for one base year with the Government's option to exercise four, one-year option periods. The solicitation shall be available for issue on or about March 5, 2010. Responses shall be received on March 19, 2010, 4:00 p.m. PST, and must be submitted via mail to Rebecca Gloria, Network 22 Logistics Office, 5901 E. 7th Street, Building 149, Long Beach, CA 90822.
